Cooling-Off Period Notice (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)
The legal notice required for distance and off-premises domestic contracts, giving customers their 14-day right to cancel. Failing to provide this extends the cooling-off period to 12 months.

- •Any situation where you are unsure if cooling-off rights apply — send it anyway
