What Must Be Reported

Who reports? The employer, self-employed person, or person in control of the premises.
Key Points
- Keep records for at least 3 years
- Includes injuries to members of the public taken to hospital from your work activity
- "Over 7 days" means 7 consecutive days — not including the day of the accident
- If in doubt, report it — you cannot be penalised for reporting
